Processing instructions

• Clean the surface with the Berner Plast-O-Fix cleaner and prepare
  the substrate with the Berner Primer Plast-O-Fix Let the primer evaporate for at least 5-10 minutes
  For thermoplastics (PVC, PC, PMMA, etc.), isopropyl alcohol ( IPA) are primed. Other types of solvents can damage the finish.
  Ensure that both chambers of the cartridge are open and not clogged
  Attach the Berner mixing nozzle to ensure a 1:1 mixing ratio Discard
  the first 5 cm before starting the actual application
  Now a correct mixing ratio is ensured and the product is ready for use
  Some repairs may benefit from the use of a backing film on the back of holes and cuts.
  Contour foils can help with modelling and shaping of the adhesive. These foils must be removed after curing

Hints

• Store in a cool, dry place, protect from sunlight
• Use mixing nozzle #207814 for the 25ml version and mixing nozzle #103480 for the 50ml version.
